With a background in environmental risk and sustainability, Justine plays a key role in supporting FirstRand’s response to emerging climate and nature expectations. She contributes actively to global standard‑setting efforts, serving on the boards of the Partnership for Biodiversity Accounting Financials (PBAF) and the Partnership for Carbon Accounting Financials (PCAF), and chairs the PCAF Africa Working Group, where she helps shape methodologies and elevate African and emerging market perspectives.
