In her role, Josphine oversees flagship programs including the Sustainable Finance Centre of Excellence, NSE EmpowerHer, the NSE Innovation Lab, and the Nature & Climate Governance Initiative (Kenya Chapter). She works closely with regulators, development partners, corporates, and industry stakeholders to mobilize resources, design high-impact programs, and strengthen the integration of sustainability, climate, and nature considerations into financial markets.
